The noni is grown 100% organically on our own plantation in Java, Indonesia, on mineral-rich volcanic soil. The rawest fruit is carefully selected within 12 hours of harvest, triple-cleaned, and flash-frozen at -40°C. It is then transported in freezer containers to Korea. There, it is further processed and strictly controlled.

Fermentation takes place over a total of 1 440 hours , divided into two phases:

• First phase (1,080 h): Fermentation with the “Atomy Complex of 7 Probiotics AON1805”

• Second phase (360 h): Post-fermentation with organic coconut blossom sugar and AON‑CD syrup

These processes are protected by three patents based on research with the Korean Food Research Institute and other academic partners
